Please email for pricing.  Please Note:  On DOMESTIC ORDERS we determine our rates by the quantity and type (PB, TPB or HC) of  books that are purchased.  All orders can be shipped either USPS Priority Mail or Media Mail in the USA.  Delivery times of course vary with media mail but usually take anywhere from 7 to 21 days, and is an excellent way to go is purchasing more than three books to save money.
